Welcome to Flawless Hair & Beauty. We are committed to providing professional salon services with the highest standard of care, consultation, and technical expertise. By booking or proceeding with any salon service, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Personalised Service Results
All hair and beauty services are customised to each individual client. Results may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
- Hair condition and integrity
- Previous colour or chemical history
- Hair texture, density, and natural growth patterns
- Existing damage or treatments
- Maintenance routine and aftercare
While our team strives to achieve the desired outcome discussed during consultation, exact results cannot be guaranteed.
2. Consultation & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation process, including previous treatments, colour history, sensitivities, and desired outcomes.
Our stylists provide professional recommendations based on hair suitability, integrity, and realistic achievable results. Proceeding with a service confirms the client’s understanding and acceptance of the recommended process.
3. Chemical, Colour & Technical Services
Services including, but not limited to:
- Hair colouring and colour correction
- Bleaching and toning
- Nanoplasty treatments
- Keratin and smoothing treatments
- Chemical straightening
- Other technical or intensive hair services
may produce varying outcomes depending on the hair’s history and condition. Reference images are used as inspiration only, and exact replication of colours, tones, textures, or finishes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Haircuts & Styling
Haircut and styling results may differ once styled at home due to factors such as:
- Natural hair movement
- Texture and density
- Personal styling techniques
- Environmental conditions and maintenance
Salon-finished results may vary from everyday wear and home styling routines.
5. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions and product recommendations provided by the salon. Failure to follow professional aftercare guidance may impact:
- Longevity of colour or treatments
- Hair health and integrity
- Overall service results
Flawless Hair & Beauty is not responsible for outcomes affected by improper maintenance, external services, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
6. Strict No Refund Policy
Due to the professional time, consultation, labour, and products used during salon services, Flawless Hair & Beauty maintains a strict no refund policy on all completed services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Haircuts and styling
- Hair colouring services
- Bleaching and toning
- Nanoplasty, keratin, and smoothing treatments
- Chemical services
- Hair extensions
- Beauty treatments and related services
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or outcomes inconsistent with unrealistic expectations.
7. Service Adjustments & Corrections
If a client has concerns regarding a completed service, the salon must be notified within 5 days of the original appointment.
Management may offer:
- A service inspection
- An adjustment appointment
- A reasonable corrective service where deemed appropriate
Any corrective work is assessed on a case-by-case basis and remains solely at the discretion of salon management.
By proceeding with a booking and receiving salon services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy and consent to the service being carried out under these terms.
